|
"At Your Service" CraniOcean is nurturing massage and intuitive bodywork in a blend with craniosacral therapy and other light touch therapies. It is performed on a relaxing massage table, or in a pool, or in the ocean itself. Considered "A Poet of Bodywork," the Facilitator works with trust, presence, good manners, light touch integrative modalities, and with a poetic healing art called CranioSacral Therapy and massage. Quick fixes happen but the Facilitator shys away from that in order to progress with your unique timing, phase by phase. The Facilitator is keenly aware that men and women for a very long time have been out of connection with their essential Self. No one need have an "out of body" experience but only examine what one is doing, already, out of body. A competent craniosacral practitioner can re-embody the person. This alignment can reach not just through the core system and connect the physiological systems but even into the core of the Star System, and beyond? For more on this, please turn to the books offered here. Ever have the odd feeling of being up against a wall? You're not alone. Toward the end of his life, the great psychoanalyst, Carl Jung, at 86, was unsettled for he felt that in 50 years the world and all its people were going to come up against an apocalyptic catastrophe on a psychic level. To him, it was as if mankind would approach a psychic wall, and if we did not transform, if we did not change, there would be a massive crash. His unease was experienced in 1961. What will happen if mankind doesn't change? We are fast approaching 2011. Might we take a look at mess that our interior worlds are in? If we are willing to transform, where to begin? On sites such as this? If we are not ready for real information, we can at least get a jump start in unscrambling our bodies from internet and cellphone technologies with such light touch therapies as craniosacral. CraniOcean blends CranioSacral Therapy(CST), or "Cranial," as a gentle hands on therapy which uses a very light touch and goes beyond the reach of traditional medicine. It uses NO AGENDA, and because of this, is more a "process fix" than a "quick fix" though quick fixes often happen. Nor is it to be mistaken for a "cure all." CST, depending on the resonance and compatibility with your practitioner, and on mutual willingness to give the process some time and allow a widening of perception, can take you on a Journey to the Cause. James compares this journey to the feeling of slipping into a pair of new shoes. It is said that our shoes represent the ideas that a man walks in. And in this work there is a quality of expansion that can occur. Fountain at Alhambra, Grenada

We each owe a tremendous debt of gratitude to our good hearted Massage Therapists and intuitive Bodyworkers and Energy Workers as one of the greatest natural resources on the planet at this time.
"At your Service" James blends intuition with clinical skill. James alternates work in the ocean with work on a relaxing massage table or in a warm pool. The ocean itself is healing. (Others guess 2012, but why not look forward to 2013 and beyond? Let's get it together now people.) Talk about phase shift!

James feels a gift to assist others in need can evolve from training in Theater and feels that sincere Actors and Actresses can make wonderful Healing Artists. Find out! It could be that acting is a healing journey in itself. This is an Open Secret His favorite poet is the 12th century poet, Rumi, as translated by Coleman Barks. Rumi has been the best selling poet in America for the past decade.
"Rumi is the best selling poet in America, and the most recited and listened to in the country of Afghanistan. He was born there. They love him." - Coleman Barks Visits to Los Angeles The Facilitator is based in West Palm Beach, but makes trips to Los Angeles and other locations around the country and the world to work and contribute. James worked as a intuitive bodyworker and massage therapist for three years without formal training before he sought formal studies in CranioSacral Therapy at the Esalen Institute in Big Sur. In Los Angeles, he was resident "Poet of Bodywork"at the Dr. RA Galas office on Melrose Avenue since 1993, and now this office group has moved to the Dr. Jeff Benton office on Wilshire at Crescent Heights. "Good Manners" Just as there are people and places you like to hang around there are also Bodyworkers and Healing Artists you might be compatible with and like to hang around. Getting to know each other is a mutual process and totally part of it. Please use this website to discover others you may also be compatible with! This site is informational and for your use and enjoyment! "Good manners are based on respect and putting others at ease." The CranioSacral Phase Writings In 2002, on Dr. John E. Upledger's birthday, Upledger encouraged James to go forward with a book about CranioSacral Therapy, and told James to make the work his own. James accepted Upledger's challenge, and now, as you have seen, the one book has grown into several books. And this because the first draft was almost 700 pages! Each of the following new books will appear here on CraniOcean.Calm for you first. So the Good Lord Willing and the Creek Don't Rise, stand by for updates!

JOURNEYS: STORIES OUR BODIES CAN TEL
“The Body, Not Just the Mind, Has Stories to Tell” To be candid, lately there have been rumors in the trade that more and more people across the board are experiencing emotional "stuff" come up, in both traditional and alternative branches, including pre and post op. Why? Perhaps due to the "planetary rise in consciousness," or the "acceleration of time," or even "2012"? Or an increasing sophistication and knowledge? These books are also in response to the spontaneous processing of emotional aspects that might arise in massage, craniosacral, chiropractic, physical therapy, bodywork, and more. Journeys a book for the concerned doctor, for hands-on healing artists, for those who love them, for lovers of story, for those who simply enjoy browsing case histories
Next, after Journeys, a total and delightful suprise of a book! (?) This set of books will complete James's phase writings on CranioSacral Therapy, and there is more to do. Call it the "CraniOcean Trilogy," if you like. He looks forward to others' in the cs trade getting inspired to write their own books about their own experiences, and making this healing art their own! There is no competition here. He will later return to his plays for the Theater.
What Is the Time Worth? Isn't this a matter of what one values? How much to pay when the car breaks down? Or a nice dinner with candlelight and wine? Or a trip to Cancun? Paris? (With far less the stress for the travel plans!) And what is the cost of a week of prescription meds?
